Yaffa Products
Yaffa is a very well-known brand in the UK especially in the Ethnic and wholesale markets. The company has operated since 2010 and now distributes to most of western Europe.
After telling him about our Surrey Palestine Film Festival, Ahmed from Yaffa.co.uk, based in Sheffield, couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive. He was on board immediately and sent 2 very large parcels of goods to us, no questions asked. Thank you, Ahmed!

Ahmad Zoabi Calligraphy
Ahmad Zoabi is a Haifa based calligrapher. He was born and raised in Sulam in the outskirts of Nazareth. Zoabi’s interest in Arabic calligraphy started in middle school, and he has since taught himself classic calligraphy, and developed his unique modern style. In addition to his public art, Zoabi enjoys creating personalized designs and murals. When he is not designing, he teaches a series of calligraphy workshops.
Eastern Adornment:
Mohannad is the owner this hugely successful and beautiful shop in the heart of Richmond. Selling crystal, authentic artisan jewellery from around the world, and hand painted ceramics and glassware from Jerusalem. After travelling to the UK to study over 25 years ago, working hard with lots of heart, Mohannad has now built a beautiful shop filled with absolute Magic. We are so happy and grateful to have him support our Surrey Palestine Film Festival. Thank you Mohannad.

Hadeel:
Jill is a long-time independent supporter of Hadeel, their mission and their products. We are so happy to have Jill sharing some of Hadeel’s beautiful Palestinian handcrafts. These crafts have always been living examples of ethnic art deeply rooted in Palestinian folklore and have now become a symbol of the people and their striving for a normal way of life with a national identity.

Alkaram:
Bakri and Moussa from Karam foods in Hammersmith, supported our Festival with their delicious selection of mezze - Fetayer bi Sebanikh (spinach parcels), Mini manaqeesh (thyme & sesame pizza), Falafel, Sfeiha (spicy meat parcels) and Kibbe (lamb and beef stuffed meatballs), delicous Mamoul biscuits with dates, walnuts and pistachios and Bakhlawa till the sun went down. The core team were excited to take home doggy bags, but there was not one item of food left, not even one sesame seed. Our festival visitors and volunteers LOVED your food and the generosity of spirit and professionalism with which you provided it. Thank you Karam Foods!
